Copper Coin is a young independent video game studio based in the Netherlands, founded by Interdisciplinary Artist Joshua Veit (that’s me!)

I spent the first 13 years of my adult life pursuing a career in Finance. I loved it, but its demands left little energy for my creative self. I could feel that part of me slowly fading into obscurity, so - right on cue - at age 35 I decided it was time to pour myself into creating something from scratch.

In 2024 I founded Copper Coin, with a vision to make values-driven interactive works.

Our current project is Serenity Sketch, a mindfulness game centered on ephemeral art and presence.
